What we collect

When you join the Chalkd Strength waitlist, we collect only your email address, your consent version and timestamps, the source of your signup, and delivery synchronization status. For abuse prevention, we temporarily retain one-way HMAC hashes derived from your email and network address. We do not store the raw network address.

Why we collect it

We use this information to add you to the waitlist, send your welcome message and occasional product or launch updates, prevent automated abuse, maintain a consent record, and respond to deletion requests.

Who processes it

Supabase stores the private consent record. Resend delivers the welcome message and manages marketing contacts, preferences, broadcasts, and unsubscribe requests. Chalkd Strength does not sell your email address.

Retention

Waitlist records are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, subject to limited records we may need to keep to honor suppression or legal obligations. Short-lived abuse-prevention events are cleaned up opportunistically.

Your choices

Submitting the waitlist form adds your email to the Chalkd Strength waitlist. Every marketing broadcast will include an unsubscribe option. You can also request access or deletion by emailing chalkdstrength@gmail.com.
